Well I am getting 2 teeth drilled and filled. I�scheduled an appointment this morning. Iapos;m going to have my teeth filled on Nov. 12th. She wanted me to come in on Tuesday, but thatapos;s a little soon for my liking.

I took another exam, so now Iapos;m down to 58 exams to go�Didnapos;t do as well as I was hoping, but I�passed.

My brotherapos;s birthday is coming up pretty soon, so I mailed his birthday gift out today as well.

Open House is the 8th and 9th. That will suck. Hallmark unfortunately makes a big deal out of it. Hard to believe how close Christmas is.

So...got back home from AUSA last night. It wasnapos;t a very good Con for Kaysha sales-wise, but it was fantastic for other reasons. (We stayed at a friendapos;s house instead of a hotel, her mommy was constantly feeding us, and two out of three days we had big brawny men to carry our stuff to and from the car for us...in short, we were spoiled rotten.)

But my favorite part was going to Patrick Seitzapos;s panel and getting his autograph. He was SO funny, and rather good looking really nice. Mostly I know him for doing Luke Valentineapos;s voice in the English dub of Hellsing, so I got him to sign my Hellsing artbook. *would make squealy fangirl noises, but just woke up and itapos;s too early to put forth the effort*

And now I have a dilemma.

I donapos;t know what to wear for Halloween this year.

No real surprise, actually. I never know what to do any year. But Halloween is on a Friday this year and Fridays are when people get together for gaming at SG, and thereapos;s usually a little contest/party when that happens. Plus, Alex has announced that heapos;s completely burned out, so the SG store is going to be sold or closed, heapos;s not sure yet.

This makes me very sad. =( So I want it to be a really good goodbye party on Halloween.

The options Iapos;ve come up with are...

Phantom of the Opera - because I havenapos;t done that one since DragonCon 2004
Cat - because I do this all the time but I have several options of cats to pick from, so people at gaming have yet to see the same one twice
Vampire Chick - this would involve me wearing a skimpy corset-thingy and fishnet stockings and other various and asundry girly-type clothes...which would be the real scary part
Vampire Hunter - because I have all the stuff but havenapos;t had the excuse to wear it yet

And of course other options are always popping into mind...mrph.

So I didnapos;t do anything exciting yesterday unless you count grocery shopping as exciting. Today on the other hand...
I met Roger (my new guitar player) dowtown. He was supposed to show me around today so I got my first tour of Nashville in the pouring rain.
So in between massive rain showers I got to go up on the river walk, see printers alley where the Rainbow Room used to be (This is where the guy from Hee-Haw was murdered) , I saw the courthouse which is Beautiful, and they had live music downtown on a rainy tuesday afternoon at like 1pm it was nuts.
After my tour Jack (my roomate) picked me up and took me back to the house.
So just for the curious I made it one, ONE whole day without sleeping with my roomate, and that was because I was too exhausted from the train ride LOL. Although I do have to say that he came on to me, so that was an interesting change of pace.

Firstly:

This isnapos;t my icon. Whatapos;s going on?

Secondly:

I was worried because my CD player (which was a graduation gift... When I finished eighth grade over eleven years ago) was refusing to play a CD for more than ten seconds at a time, and even then it played it with weird, staticky noise. So today I put the CD in the computer because I wanted to hear it. The computer had trouble playing it, and when it worked (better than my CD player, at least), it played it with weird, staticky noise. So my CD player isnapos;t falling apart just yet, but the CD, the first mix CD I ever got (bad news, Matt), is apparently deteriorating.

Thirdly:

Both times I typed "noise" in the previous paragraph, I typed "noice" first.

iapos;ll be heading into the studio soon(hopefully my budget doesnapos;t blow out) to record a couple of songs i wrote. Iapos;m doing this just for fun, nothing serious and i canapos;t really sing actually.�just that iapos;m really�inspired by talented�songwriters/musicians like tim kinsella,�glen hansard�and of course,�dallas green. And..

Iapos;m thinking of doing NaNoWriMo this year.� Now, if someone had asked me 24 hours ago, I would have laughed and said no, but last night an idea came to me while I was trying to sleep.

I honestly have no idea where Iapos;ll go with it, which is a good thing in my opinion; when I plan too much, I end up getting absorbed into the planning, so I get bored with the actual writing.� This idea is for an original story though (whoa, right?), and I donapos;t even know the genre of it yet.

I have no clue whether Iapos;ll even have time for this or not, but I think Iapos;ll at least try.� Considering Iapos;ll have a paper to write within that time period that is worth 60 of my History grade, I think itapos;s well nigh impossible.� But Iapos;d like to try, and well, if I donapos;t manage to reach the 50k word count in one month, I can just finish the damn story on my own time.� Considering itapos;s only 1,700 words per day, itapos;s definitely within the realm of possibility.

Iapos;ll just have to work on this problem I have with motivation (or lack thereof).
